Scottsburg is located about 30 miles north of Louisville, Kentucky. The town was named after Horace Scott, President of the Jeffersonville, Madison and Indianapolis Railroad. Hickory Creek at Scottsburg is located less than a mile south of Scott Memorial Hospital.

Meals & Activities
We offer home-cooked, resident-selected menus for our meals with guidance from our registered dietician. When needed we can offer modified diets as directed by your physician. We offer sandwiches and snacks 24 hours a day and can make special meals for family events and parties.
Our residents enjoy group activities with games, live music, and community events. We also offer lake outings, corn hole, community bingo, birdwatching and more. We are proud to have a variety of classes offered including jewelry crafting and woodworking. We also take regular community outings.
