Hickory Creek at Madison has 36 licensed beds and has provided quality healthcare to the surrounding communities since 1975.

Madison was once a major river port and supply town that outfitted pioneers moving into the Northwest Territory. The downtown area of Madison has been designated as one of the largest national historic landmarks in the United States.

Our mother was admitted to Hickory Creek at Madison in 2014 and passed away in May of 2015. From the first day the staff and everyone involved in her care were friendly, helpful, caring and made her feel at home.  My sisters and I will always be grateful for Hickory Creek and all the staff.  We felt such a bond with them because of our mother's care that we continue to volunteer there every week.
