Benefit Who is Eligible? What Does the Company Pay?
Medical Insurance Full-Time Employees For most full-time employees, the Company pays a substantial portion of the premium.
403(B) Retirement Savings Plan Full-Time & Part-Time Employees The Company will pay a 25% matching contribution against the first $5,000 an employee contributes annually to the plan.
$25,000 Life Insurance Full-Time Employees The Company pays the entire premium.
Vacation Full-Time & Part-Time Employees Company paid based on an accrual rate per hour worked.
Holidays Full-Time & Part-Time Employees Company paid for New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
Sick Leave Full-Time Employees Company paid – accrues at approximately 4 hours per month with a maximum accrual of 96 hours.
Part-Time Employees Company paid – accrues at approximately 2 hours per month with a maximum accrual of 96 hours.
Voluntary Life Insurance Full-Time Employees Employee pays premium for self, spouse and/or child coverage at low group rates.
Short-Term Disability Full-Time Employees Employee pays premium. Benefits are paid at 60% of an employee’s salary up to a maximum of $1,000 per week for a maximum of 26 weeks.
Family & Medical Leave Full-Time Employees Unpaid leave for certain reasons for up to 12 weeks per rolling 12-month period. (Up to 26 weeks under certain conditions for families of military on active duty).
Military Leaves Full-Time & Part-Time Employees Unpaid leave while on active duty.
Military Reserve Leave Full-Time & Part-Time Employees Unpaid leave while attending reserve camp.
Jury Duty Pay Full-Time Employees Company paid for the difference between jury pay and normal pay for up to 10 days.
Funeral Leave Full-Time Employees Up to 8 hours of pay on the day of the funeral is Company paid with up to 3 scheduled days off allowed.
Part-Time Employees Up to 4 hours of pay on the day of the funeral is Company paid with up to 3 scheduled days off allowed.
Workers’ Compensation Insurance Full-Time & Part-Time Employees Company paid.
Social Security Full-Time & Part-Time Employees Company and employee contributions.

For the Purpose of Benefits

  • Full-Time Employees working 30 hours or more per week
  • Part-Time Employees working 20 hours or more per week
